Hey anon. I’m sorry you feel this way. Sometimes it’s really hard to let go of your worries. Just think about the fact that for now, at this moment, everything is okay. I know it’s really hard to think like that but just try. Sometimes when I worry about stuff, I just take a moment, take some deep breaths and feel okay for just a bit. Thinking “for now, these few moments, I am okay and I have no worries”. That will make you calmer because you “snapped out of it” for a bit.
If you really worry a lot and want some help dealing with these thoughts I suggest you seek out some professional help. A therapist can teach you positive thinking and will give you exercises to make it better.
